Amending a rejected store application
Find out about how to amend and resubmit a rejected application in Connect.
In this instance, Wpay has completed a review of the initial store onboarding application and provided necessary feedback for the user to address. The rejected store application can be amended via a 3-step process
Here is a breakdown of the key steps:
| Screen Name | Description |

| Store listing | Upon signing in, navigate to ‘Stores’ in the leftmost panel to bring up the store listing screen. Filter by application status (select ‘Rejected’) to bring up a list of stores that did not pass our review and require updates to certain fields. |
| Store overview | At the top of the screen, users will see the reason for rejection and recommended steps to amend the application prior to re-submission. Select the 'Onboarding' panel to bring up the store onboarding screen. |
| Store onboarding | Update the fields in the relevant tabs as per the recommended next steps, hit ‘Save’ and then ‘Submit' for approval’. Back in the store overview screen, the application status will show as ‘In review’ once again. |
