How to read the Customer behaviour report

In this report you can explore your customer purchasing behaviour trends over the most recent 6 months.

Filters

To customise the dashboard, use the following filters:

Toggles

You can tailor the dashboard using the metric toggle:

Channel distribution and growth

The channel distribution and growth section provides insights into the distribution of online, in-store, and cross-channel cardholders or sales, depending on your metric selection. Additionally, Month on Month (MoM) growth for each channel is provided.

Once-off versus repeat distribution and growth

You can delve into the behaviour of your customers and how it changes MoM:

  • Once-off shoppers: These are customers who transacted only once in a month.
  • Repeat shoppers: These customers transacted more than once in a month.

New versus returning distribution and growth

Discover the dynamics of new and returning customers through their distributions and how it changes MoM:

  • New Shoppers: These customers transacted at least once in a month but not in the preceding 2 months.
  • Returning Shoppers: These customers transacted at least once in a month and also at least once in the preceding 2 months.
