Key consideration
- Pass in your order number into New Transaction

, if you are using our order reconciliation services please ensure your order number is unique and max 18 characters. - If you have opted into our anti-fraud services, please ensure you are sending in the device fingerprint.
- Refunds can only be processed against their original authorisation channel, if you are migrating from an incumbent provider you will need to ensure you maintain that connectivity to process any refunds authorised by the incumbents. The period of time you maintain that connection depends on your customer refund policy.
- If you accept PayPal and PayPal has considered the goods and services you sell to be of higher risk, please ensure you Set Transaction Context (STC) values.
