Gifting Services

The following core API services are available to you as you integrate our gifting solution.

Gift Card Catalogue

The Gift Card Catalogue API provides everything you need to display Gift Card products made available to you on your sales channel. It contains all the necessary assets and detailed product information that must be shown to your customers during the purchase experience.

Ordering

When you're ready to create an order, we will process the gift card activation on your behalf. There are two ordering models you can choose from:

• Synchronous Ordering: This option provides an instant response. All orders are processed in real-time, meaning the gift cards are created and activated immediately.

• Asynchronous Ordering: With this option, you will only receive an immediate confirmation that your order has been successfully placed.

You can include up to 10 gift cards per order.

Order Fulfillment

We can ensure the activated gift cards are delivered to the recipient(s) specified in the order. We support two primary delivery methods: email and SMS, as dictated by the order you submit.
