| Term | Description |

| API Key | The X-Api-Key which is provided in the API headers is used to uniquely identify you as a Gifting Partner in our system. This key is highly sensitive and should be kept safe. |
| Order Fulfilment | The internal process your platform uses to dispatch gift cards to your customer. Wpay APIs will provide you with activated gift card details but you will have to ensure that the cards get delivered to your customer |
| SKU | Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) is a unique identifier assigned to a gift card product in our system. Your account will be setup with specific SKUs that you can order or activate. |
| SVA | Stored Value Account (SVA) is your Partner account which could either be a prepaid or a postpaid account as per commercial agreement. The balance on this account indicates the credit available. |
