Overview

As a Gifting Partner offering the sale of physical gift cards, you are set up with a Stored Value Account (SVA) with a credit limit. When a customer purchases a physical gift card from you and you successfully process payment, you can activate the gift card with us via our Activate Physical Card API.

Unlike digital gift cards that are created and issued only after an order is placed, physical gift cards already have the card details including the barcode displayed on them. You will have to provide these details for us to identify which physical gift card you want activated.

Once we receive an activation request, we will activate the gift card making it ready for redemption immediately.

You can only activate gift card programs that have been predefined in your Account Settings.
