Refund Enquiry
In the rare situation when you are unable to receive a timely response from our Make Refund API, you can use the Refund Details API to obtain the latest payment status information.
| Refund status | Indicates that |
|---|---|
| Processing | The refund is still being processed by the NPP network. |
| Completed | The refund has successfully settled and funds transfer is complete. |
| Rejected | The refund has failed and no funds have been transferred. A detailed reason for failure is also provided. |
Timestamps
Refund created-at and latest status updated-at timestamps are also provided.
