Payment Details Enquiry
In the rare situation where you are unable to receive a timely response from our POST Make Payment API or if you have not received one of our Payment Events notifications, you can use the GET Payment Details API to obtain the latest payment details and status information.
| Payment status | Indicates that |
|---|---|
| Processing | The payment is still being processed by the NPP network. |
| Completed | The payment has successfully settled and funds transfer is complete. |
| Rejected | The payment has failed and no funds have been transferred. A detailed reason for failure is also provided. |
